HOW IT WORKS

From First Call to Operational
Company in as Few as 5 Days

Our structured 4-step process eliminates guesswork and gets your Albanian company registered and compliant as fast as legally possible — 100% remotely if you prefer.

DAY 1

Free Consultation & Proposal

We start with a free consultation — by WhatsApp, email or video call — to understand your business model, country of residence and objectives. Based on this, we advise on the optimal entity type (almost always SHPK), eligibility for 0% CIT, and any sector-specific licensing requirements.

We then deliver a clear, fixed-fee engagement proposal — defined scope, zero ambiguity, no obligation to proceed.

Document Preparation

Once you confirm the engagement, we move immediately to document preparation. We provide a precise checklist, draft the Articles of Association in Albanian and translate them, and — for remote founders — draft the Power of Attorney and guide you step-by-step through signing in your country.

Valid Passport

A clear scan is usually sufficient. We guide you on any verification needed for your country.

Power of Attorney

Required for remote registration. We draft the template and guide you through the simplest signing method for your country.

Articles of Association

Company statutes in Albanian — we draft, translate into English/Italian. Defines name, share capital, activity and management.

Registered Address

A physical Albanian address is required for registration. We provide a registered address solution in Tirana — included in your fee.

NBC Registration, NIPT & Platform Setup

With all documents in hand, we file your application at Albania's National Business Center (NBC) via the eAlbania digital platform. Once approved — typically 3–5 business days — your company receives its NIPT (tax ID) and Certificate of Registration. Your company is now legally formed.

We then set up your eTatime tax account, configure eAlbania access, and prepare your company for its first fiscal obligations, including VAT registration if required and Beneficial Ownership Registry filing.

Certificate of Registration (NBC)
